rename the pasted one (probably named Fallout4 - Copy.ini) to Fallout4Custom.ini open the new Fallout4Custom.ini click CTRL+A to select all text in the ini, press delete button on your keyboard to delete everything selected No more warning you have no ini files. I did have to go to the games launcher.exe (in the C: programs files86/steam/steam aps/FO4/etc) and start the game once there. that's what I did first, launched the game normally where it tells you that it will now detect your hardware settings or something like that (forgot what it was exactly-haven't Fallout4Custom.ini is sometimes created at startup.
